Gentle Valor

Cheryl Feala spent her first year out of nursing school stationed near the DMZ during the Vietnam War. The Tet Offensive had only begun when Cheryl arrived at Chu Lai Airbase in 1968. In our story, Cheryl shares her moving memories of being an Army combat nurse serving on the frontline.
