Pioneers Park Pillars

Four sandstone columns that look as though they belong to an ancient Greek temple rest in a picturesque spot in a Lincoln community park. Though they are old, they aren't quite that old and actually once stood along the east wing of the United States Treasury Building in Washington, D.C. So, how did they end up in Lincoln's popular Pioneers Park?
